Meet Your Intended Parents Support Coach, Rachel Wilson

My Personal Journey: I embarked on my own fertility journey in my mid 40s, which led my husband and I to work with a gestational carrier to build our family in 2020. After a long winding journey, with many stops, starts, heartbreaks, and disappointments, we welcomed our son into the world in 2023. This experience gave me firsthand insight into the emotional, spiritual, and logistical challenges of infertility and surrogacy. I understand the ups and downs of this journey on a deeply personal level. I now provide support and resources to other intended parents - support which I didn’t get but see now how important it is to receive. I want to share the resources which I found along the way so others don’t have to search alone.

My Professional Background: In addition to being a coach, I am a therapist in Colorado with years of experience working with individuals and couples. My goal is to provide both the emotional and spiritual support, and practical guidance needed for your unique path to parenthood.

Yoga and Meditation Expertise: As a certified yoga and meditation instructor, I bring a holistic approach to supporting intended parents. I specialize in mind-body practices such as meditation, visualization, and yoga, which are powerful tools for navigating the emotional highs and lows of your journey. Whether you're looking to process grief, embrace patience, or celebrate milestones, these practices will help you feel grounded.

A Holistic Approach: My support goes beyond just the technicalities of surrogacy and infertility. I offer a holistic approach that incorporates spiritual guidance and practical tools to support you emotionally, mentally, and physically. Whether you're looking for guidance on bonding with your baby, nurturing your relationship with your gestational carrier, or building a post-birth support plan, I’m here to help.
